iBeacon packets are transmitted and looks ok verified by Acrylic Bluetooth LE Analyzer

Currently, the iBeacon integration requires Bluetooth hardware (by requiring the Bluetooth integration) to be installed.
However, consider the following use case:

HA Server: No Bluetooth hardware.

24 * 7 powered Companion App 1: iBeacon monitor enabled

24 * 7 powered Companion App 2: iBeacon monitor enabled

24 * 7 powered Companion App 3: iBeacon monitor enabled

HA Server is connected to three different iBeacon monitors, which are able to report back to HA Server detected iBeacons.

Is there any reason why the HA Serve would need Bluetooth hardware by its own in this scenario to use iBeacon monitors on those companion apps?
