The existing doc https://www.home-assistant.io/voice_control/voice_remote_local_assistant/ only talk about the installation of the HA OS addon.

Follow these steps to get the add-on installed on your system:

Navigate in your Home Assistant frontend to Settings → Add-ons → Add-on store.
Find the “Piper” add-on and click it.
Click on the “INSTALL” button.

An add-on with Piper is available now for Home Assistant OS.
